Code of Conduct

Inspired by the Votorantim Group Values and Management Beliefs, our Code of Conduct sets forth the principles which are part of the Votorantim DNA, the genetics that make all the ​group companies unique, regardless of region, culture or market.

​​This document is of mandatory application for all company employees and should serve as a reference for all commercial partners. Without claiming to cover all situations possible in the day-to-day course of business, the code provides clear, non-negotiable guidance.

The Ombudsman is an exclusive communication channel between you and the Votorantim Group, of which we at Votorantim Cimentos are part. Its purpose is to address questions related to the Code of Conduct, which sets forth the principles and guidelines that guide the Group’s relations with all its stakeholders.

The Ombudsman is a public channel open to everyone inside and outside the organization. It is intended to identify, listen to, analyze and resolve any issues related to our Code of Conduct. The administration of the Ombudsman guarantees full privacy and confidentiality. No information obtained through this channel, as well as the identities of the persons involved , may be made public. The Ombudsman ensures that complaints, suggestions and criticisms are addressed at the appropriate levels in the organization.
