2022 Integrated Report

Annually, in the spirit of transparency and respect for society, we report our environmental, social and governance performance, as well as our economic and financial highlights. We share our social initiatives, safety indicators, genuine care for people and the strategies, impacts, risks and opportunities of our activities and businesses. In addition, we update our progress regarding our 2030 Sustainability Commitments and our efforts against climate change.

The theme of the 2022 report is “The world is CHANGING – and so is Votorantim Cimentos”, in reference to the accelerated process of transformation that the planet is undergoing and our journey of continuous evolution.

The cover of our Integrated Report depicts the theme of evolution through the story of two employees in our Rio Branco do Sul site, in the state of Paraná, Brazil. Reginaldo Luis Von Kruger, who has been with us for 31 years and is a Production coordinator, and his daughter, Vanessa Christine Von Kruger, who has been with us for six years, demonstrate the importance of our past and our present as we build the future we want. In addition, having both of them together reinforces the respect and strength we have developed over time, valuing each generation that represents our passion for operating.

We are very proud to be a global building materials and sustainable solutions company. We grew and expanded our operations, developing products, services and solutions to increase our competitiveness, generate a positive impact and meet the needs of society. Every day, we have the opportunity to do something new, creating changes, while remembering our history.
